Thursday we went on campus for John's Class of 2009 (even though he was 2008!) photo. It was such a nice day, so we walked around and mom took pictures. We even made it across campus for pics by the Business building (the Tanner Building). On our way back, we just HAD to stop by the creamery on campus for some ice cream! Zach got an apple (score! He thought it was just as great of a treat as ice cream...mostly because he hasn't had ice cream!) John and I had the Peanut Butter Cup ice cream...and after I ordered it I realized it was the flavor we always got when we lived in WyView our first year of marriage. It was SO good, and fun to reminisce :)
That night we invited family and some friends for dinner at Johnny Carino's in Sandy. It was so so great. We had a big group- My family (Dad was in Paris and missed out), Kristin and Paul and their kids, John's parents who came in town for the graduation, John's brother Scott, President Dahlquist and his wife Zella, the DaBells, the Millers and the Dunkins.
It was such a great night! We had a lot of fun with everyone and are so glad they came. The food was great, the place was great, and it was so fun for everyone to hang out. We stayed for a few hours just enjoying the company. Zach had been sick earlier in the day, so he wasn't quite himself but luckily was feeling much better. My sisters played with him a lot and kept him occupied- thanks! We had such a great time, thank you everyone!

It is SO COOL! John loves it. His first watch! It winds by shaking it, and on the back is clear so you can see all the gears. It is SO nice and he loves it. It looks even cooler in person :)
