Van

We got a van!!  We have been saving up, and it was finally time.  Woohoo!

Just in time to go to southern California.  It was such a smooth, roomy ride!  Plus, Mom and Dad came down a few days before we left, and they took Jared on the plane with them Friday, so we could drive Saturday without him.  It was quieter :)  Thank you, Mom and Dad!

                       (PS- The headphones didn't last long.  Will take some getting used to!)

We went to the Owens house first for some pool time with the cousins and a great BBQ dinner.  We always love going to the Owens house.  Maren was in Europe on a study abroad, so we got to FaceTime with her.  It's been 8 years since I was in Europe- and I called home a few times with a calling card.  That was the extent of it- and now they can Instagram and FaceTime home for free!  Love that we got to see her (while she was in Florence!) and so excited for her to experience Europe.
