This morning on 'The Today Show' (yup, I'm a fan...I can get world news AND watch fun segments WHILE feeding the baby!) they had a make-up tip that I had never heard of...putting your closed mascara tube under warm water before using it! It is supposed to de-clump it. I haven't tried it yet, seeing how I haven't showered yet today, but I will!
