4 Months

Elizabeth turned 4 months old today! She is so fun.

As of two weeks ago, she weighs 12 pounds 6 ounces and is 24 inches long

Her smile takes up her whole face! It is so fun. She LOVES attention. And mostly not even just looking at her but holding her. If everyone goes in another room and she is left laying on her blanket, she will cry until you bring her in the room with you and then she is super happy.

Zach is very helpful with her. He tells her 'It's OK, Baby!' when she is crying. He gets SO excited when she is awake! He is now saying her name more rather than just Baby, so he says lililil-beth. Or Ellie. And if you ask him what her name is he says "Girl".

So far she is celebrating her birthday by sleeping. Her schedule right now is to be laid down at 8:00, same as Zach, and then she sleeps until about 5 something, so I feed her, then she goes back to sleep till around 9. Awesome, huh? She takes naps throughout the day, but not long ones...unless I put her in her crib, then it can be a while. She take a long one about the same time as Zach's nap which is nice for me! Other than that she hasn't gotten to the typical morning-afternoon-evening nap regularly, more like everyday changes depending on what we do and when we go out, which is nice. And I like my sleep at night, so I love it! Although it would be nice if she could entertain herself better since she needs so much attention during the day. She is holding toys and trying to eat anything that comes near her mouth. She is also starting to drool, so we are wondering if she is starting to teethe...which would not be fun this early!!
