Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve was so fun! We were able to spend a lot of the day over at John's parent's house with his parents and his sister Lisa's family. The kids ate lots of Jelly Beans and played and got full attention from their grandparents to just hang out! It was fun.
Then we went to my parent's house for dinner. My sister Caitlin and her fiance Mike were in town so we had a great fancy dinner and then played Wii games. We forgot to get a picture of the table! We each get a See's truffle box with our names written on them and then our favorite See's candy inside. We had roast beef and potatoes and then decided since our Christmas Eve was so different from usual we would nix the talent show portion of the night. Usually we have some songs, someone plays the piano, etc. but we didn't have the crowd we usually have, so we did the nativity story with all the figurines and then played games and anxiously waited!
