January is always a nice break after a full December! We hung out, played Legos, got a free piano, and hit up the Target Toy Clearance! We spent most of the time cleaning up and hanging out. We had a few weeks in between the last busy season and the next busy season, which was great! Since August, John has worked at nights and on Saturdays until December 31st, and then it starts up again at the end of January. We get precious few Saturdays in there, so we were glad to have them!
We love the new piano! It was free on craigs list- with one catch. Move it yourself! We are the luckiest ever, and our good friends the Baezas came to our rescue! Richard went and picked up the piano, delivered it to us, and Christ helped him move it into the house. Where it will stay forever :) We are SO grateful to them!
With the piano, everything in the front room got moved around. We needed 2 small armchairs for the living room, so we used one of our Saturdays for the hunt. We landed on these and have loved them!
Jared and Elizabeth are buds. She worries/plays/smothers/mothers/loves this little one all day long. She tries to fix whatever is wrong, and if she can't then she calls for me to help her. He gets SO excited when he sees her! Zach is also a great help and loves making Jared laugh, which he does every time Zach is around.
