Saturday we went to the Giants game! John helped a boy from our ward with his Eagle project in the morning, and then we were off to San Fran. We were going across the Bay Bridge (a highlight of Zach's life, of course) and Zach got SO excited when he saw the Koit Tower! He knew it by name. He has seen an episode of Little Einsteins where they go there, but that's it so we were impressed he remembered and could pick it out. We went to the game and had AMAZING seats. And free. The best kind! A work contact of John's was there and had tickets for our family which was so great. We were on the 11th row directly behind home plate. It was awesome. We were SO close! Tim Lincecum was pitching which was fun to watch. Before the game John told Zach "Timmy is going to pitch!!" and Zach said "but Jimmer isn't going to be there?" :) The kids liked the game and had fun eating candy, peanuts, drinking lemonade, etc. We left in the 8th inning to go see the Koit Tower. Zach and I got out of the car while John and Elizabeth waited for a parking spot. We walked up and stopped and I asked him what he thought. "This tower is AMAZING!" We all walked around the outside and smashed pennies in a machine inside. Then we went down Lombard Street (another favorite thing in the life of Zachary) and over to a cupcake place on our way to the Golden Gate Bridge. We stopped to get dinner to go and then went home, ate and then dyed Easter eggs. Nobody got messy which was nice, and we got some fun colors from the eggs. Man those kids sure are cute. They love making faces and Elizabeth says CHEEEESE! whenever there is a camera or phone around her.
Stephen and Isaac were at the game Saturday too! Isaac loved it and lasted the entire game and then came home and gave me re-enactments of the big plays!
